Young Texans Against Cancer (YTAC) is a start-up, nonprofit organization comprised of young men and women affected directly or indirectly by cancer, who actively support the cancer community through the following efforts: Raising funds to help support research-based and small- to medium-sized organizations, increasing support for volunteer organizations, and educating our community about cancer research.

"My husband, Cody, and I got a chance to work with YTAC when we were deciding who the beneficiary of our annual SeaBreeze Golf Tournament should be. For our first year we had no idea how much to expect to be able to donate and they said they would be happy with any amount. Luckily, we raised $4,000! After getting to know the board and learning about the cause it only seemed natural to get more involved. We both became board members. Last year we doubled our donations from the tournament, all happily donated to YTAC. It is such a great organization and we have really enjoyed doing what we can to help out in the Austin community and look forward to continuing our efforts."
